These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of our website, services, and resources — including veteran-focused claim reviews, coaching sessions, and educational materials (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our Services. Important: Veterans Claim Coach offers educational coaching only. We are not accredited or authorized to represent you before the VA. All information provided is for informational use and is not legal, medical, or benefits advice.

🚫 Not Legal, Medical, or VA Representation

Veterans Claim Coach is not a law firm, Veterans Service Organization (VSO), accredited claims agent, or healthcare provider. We do not:

• File or submit claims on your behalf

• Offer legal, medical, or mental health advice

• Represent you before the Department of Veterans Affairs

• “We do not fill out VA forms, write letters for you, or act on your behalf in any part of the VA claim process.”

The information we provide — including reports, coaching, or guides — is meant for educational purposes only and is based on personal experience, not official endorsement or accreditation.

We help veterans understand their VA claims by offering:

• Claim file reviews

• Strategy coaching sessions

• Sample templates (e.g., buddy letters)

AI tools may assist in analyzing uploaded files, but all coaching and insight are reviewed by a human — a veteran like you who’s been through the system.

👤 Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate documentation

• Only upload files you have the legal right to share

• Use any insights or materials for personal, non-commercial purposes

You are fully responsible for what you do with the information provided.

💰 Fees & Payment

All pricing is clearly listed before purchase. Once document review or analysis begins, payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to update pricing or modify service offerings as needed.

🔒 Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Uploaded files are stored and processed using tools that meet HIPAA-aligned standards where applicable (e.g., encrypted uploads and secure storage). That said, no system is 100% secure, and by using our service, you accept that risk. Your data will never be sold or used for advertising.

🧠 Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including custom reports, templates, branding, and AI architecture — belongs to Veterans Claim Coach. You’re welcome to use your report personally, but you can’t sell, repost, or redistribute it without our permission.

❌ Termination of Service

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion — especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or disrespect.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our site, and by continuing to use our Services, you agree to the updated version.

📍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to any individual state’s conflict of law rules. By using our Services, you agree that any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable federal laws and general commercial principles — not specific to any one state or jurisdiction.

⚖️ Legal Claims & Limitations

By using our Services, you agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, group arbitration, or mass claim against Veterans Claim Coach.

You also agree that any legal claim related to our Services must be filed within one (1) year of the event that gave rise to the claim. After that time, the claim is permanently barred.
